About Sentinel Workforce

Sentinel Workforce is a Fiji-based workplace drug and alcohol programme implementation and administration company.

We partner with organisations to develop, implement, and administer structured workplace drug and alcohol programmes that support workplace safety, strengthen organisational governance, and promote employee wellbeing.

Our approach extends beyond workplace screening. Sentinel provides practical operational support across the entire programme lifecycle—from organisational readiness and programme development through implementation, employee awareness, supervisor training, workplace screening, documentation management, laboratory coordination, Medical Review Officer (MRO) referral, and ongoing programme administration.
